Lick Your Fingers

Hi!! I am Amanda and I run Lick Your Fingers. I started LYF because I am passionate about helping people create a spiritually indulgent life. I am excited to contribute to the Positive Food Movement happening at the moment across Australia and I really want to make FOOD FUN!!

Whoever said "Don't play with your food" had the wrong idea. Good food should be fun, not scary and definitely not hard work.

I am also interested in demystifying alternative food choices such as raw, vegan, gluten and dairy free etc. No one should freak out because their vegan friend is coming for dinner or that kid with nut allergies is coming over again!

My other goal is to help parents create positive food associations with their children too. Getting kids involved in the kitchen, helping them identify fruits and vegis, and even build on their counting, measuring and creativity skills.
