What is LibertyFIT

The libertyFIT method says goodbye to mediocrity, giving you clear strategies to become so much more than average.

The objective of the libertyFIT method is to have you looking the best you have ever looked, to strengthen, energise and lengthen. Using combination of weights, reformer pilates and cardio we create a long lean dancers look, increase strength, cardio fitness and flexibility. Training is individualised to your body type and the desired look you are wanting to achieve.

We teach you how to get the most out of every exercise, workouts do not need to be complicated. The libertyFIT method breaks down exercises and teaches you correct form so that muscles are working the hardest. The result is more effective muscle activation which means results are faster and last a lifetime.

At libertyFIT, we move through multiple varieties of fitness to effectively give you a well rounded level of fitness. No more having to do several classes to get what you need from a workout. We target small, stabilising muscle groups all over the body. Strengthening these small muscles creates a long, lean aesthetic and functional strength.

About the instructor:
Liberty has an under graduate degree in natural health, nutrition & diet and believes that simple nourishment over restriction is the secret to having the body of your dreams.

Liberty is an ex-Ballet dancer, current fitness competitor has numerous personal training and pilates certifications. With 10 years experience in the industry she knows exactly what women want from their workouts and how to get it!

What should I wear to class?
Wear workout clothing that you feel comfortable in – a shirt, singlet, sports bra, leggings and sneakers.

One on One
Sessions are completely individualised. Great for those of you who are new to exercise or prefer to train alone.
With one on one sessions our aim is to whip you into shape whilst teaching you what exercises work best for your body shape. Never feel lost again and educating you to become the master of sculpting your own body.

Utilizing cardio, weights and reformer pilates, this class sculpts your muscles, creating a perky butt & long lean legs. The cardio section of your class is self paced and measurable so we can work on building cardio fitness at a rate thats comfortable for you.

(upperbody)
Utilizing cardio, weights and reformer pilates, this class strengthens and tightens your core, corrects posture and tones your arms . In this class, you will focus on muscles around your shoulders, arms, abs, back and arms.. The cardio section of your class is self paced and measurable so we can work on building cardio fitness at a rate thats comfortable for you.

libertyFIT Cardio-Sculpt
(full body)Utilizing a series of bands, weights, reformer pilates and cardio, this class works your entire body to sculpt your muscles and create structural stability. In this class, you will focus on smaller muscles around your hips, butt, thighs, abs, lower back and arms.
