The name pays homage to Perth's only dedicated, purpose built conference and exhibition centre where attendees are at liberty to speak their mind and so why not be at liberty to eat as you wish? Our offering includes a broad range of eating options, from healthy, colourful salads to satisfying any sweet-tooth craving.

A fully licenced venue, so you are at liberty to enjoy a local cider, beer or wine with your breakfast, brunch, lunch or our small bites menu on a Friday.

Group bookings welcome, private areas available for breakfast or lunch up to 25 and exclusive venue use available outside normal trading hours.

Serving you speciality roasted coffee and a wide gourmet selection of loose leaf teas by Five Senses delivered by a friendly, dynamic team who are passionate about providing the best brew.

Open Mon-Fri and occasional weekends for dine in or take-away. Bar open on Fri evenings.
