Hi! I'm Blair and I'm a Holistic Coach - Health Wealth and Freedom, coaching you every step to a life beyond limits.

I understand how the language of our mind creates and runs the patterns we have in life. In coaching others, I use tools which can retrain the language that our unconscious mind uses and we can apply a variety of processes to enhance, change or alter our patterns of thought, behaviour and emotion.

We CAN live a life beyond limits, and I LOVE to teach practical tools to create a desired state - instantly, and manifest the life we were made for.

Because I come from the Holistic approach, I also work with internal physical health, because I understand the significance of the mind, body and spirit connection! As a studying Nutritional therapist, identifying other key areas of deficiencies at an internal level can be a part of the process.
