Universal Balance is a community based wellness studio that offers Yoga, Boxing, Pilates, Meditation and Zumba for adults and Yoga and Self defence for kids.
We take pride in finding the perfect instructors to make you feel supported and welcome and have created a beautiful space where you are always greeted by likeminded people who are genuinely happy to see you.
Our focus is to get you happy and healthy from the inside out by taking a holistic approach to looking after your mind, body and soul.
We are not a gym, we are something more - a wellness centre that care about you and your personal needs.
