Change is a choice. We all have the ability to make choices, therefore, we all have the ability to change. Ultimately you have the power to choose the life you want to live and you have the choice to allow others to make decisions for you, or you can do that for yourself. As long as it makes you genuinely happy, and you are not intentionally hurting others, then you are creating a positive lifestyle decision.
General health is diet, exercise, relationships, career, mental health, finances, personal goals and education. This page will provide information and resources to enable you to think about your current situation and identify if it is serving you positively or not. Then, the decision is up to you...do you want to make a change or not? If not, are you avoiding change out of fear or are there other priorities at this point in your life?
Either way, it is ultimately up to you to have the strength and courage to change something that is no longer serving you in your life, or to find other ways to cope with your current reality.
