Lentara UnitingCare

Lentara UnitingCare is a not-for-profit agency supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable people across the north-west Melbourne metropolitan region to access resources for improved health, well-being and participation in their communities.

Our services include: children’s services and family services, financial counselling and emergency relief, no interest loans, support for care leavers, bargain centres and asylum seeker programs, including the Asylum Seeker Welcome Centre in Brunswick.

Lentara UnitingCare currently employs over 500 staff across our kindergartens, childcare centres, bargain centres and office sites in Broadmeadows, Meadow Heights, Sunshine, Brunswick and Carlton. We currently have over 200 volunteers.
