Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Greg 'Boris' Billing and I, along with my beautiful wife Helen own Leichhardt Garden Centre Plants Plus Goondiwindi.

We have been in business for over 17 years from very humble beginings with my parents Leon and Jan Billing sowing the first seeds and having the courage, vision and forward planning to grow the business into the complete garden destination that it is today.

I have been working here in the business for over 10 years with Mum and Dad, and I also have a background as a Landscape Gardener - both in Garden and Construction work. The oldies decided in 2012 that it was time to try out that wonderful life style known as 'retirement', and so on April Fool's Day 2012 Helen and I decided it was the perfect date to start our own business!

Ironically - I proposed to her on the same day over 10 years ago, I still tell people all the time that I reckon the jokes on her! ;)

We also have two wonderful daughters - Mia 10 and Ada 7, who love helping around the shop.

Along with the girls - we are so lucky to have the wonderful staff who help us make this the inspiring place that it is - first of all we have the celubrious Stacy Smith who is our Office Manager - but also does everything else in the business that is required. And next up let me introduce the impeccable Vicki Carter who also does anything and everything within the shop. These two ladies make our shop SHINE!
And let's not forget about Steve Hoole - my number 1 offsider who handles all of the Landscape yard, deliveries and any other 'bloke' jobs that need doing!

On a slightly more serious note I best talk a bit more about the business itself.

We have a wonderful range of plants in the nursery including vegetable and flower seedlings, herbs, potted colour, shrubs, decidious and evergreen trees, ground covers, roses, climbers, fruit trees, natives, tube stocks, indoor plants, and numerous seasonal delights throughout the year.

Then you can wander over to our 430 square metre shed which is full to the brim of terracotta, concrete and fibreglass pots of all shapes and sizes, outdoor furniture, gazebos, archways, water features, garden ornaments, BBQ's, fire pits, gas heaters and chimineas.

Once you are done there you can take in the visual delights of our ever lovely gift shop, which Helen keeps full of beautiful pieces at any given time of the year. Including wall art, ceramic pots, kids gifts and tools, candlabrahs, ornamental animals, signs and phrases or just that something special - you will find it here.

Our Landscape Yard has everything you need to renovate any area of your garden - with no project to big or small. With over 10 decorative pebbles on offer, compost, premium garden mix, loam, screened cow manure, washed sand, concrete blend and cement, fine crusher dust (man sand), slashed pine mulch, forest mulch, sugar cane bales, sorghum bales, gypsum, pavers, retaining wall blocks, sandstone blocks and pavers, pine and hardwood sleepers and koppers logs - you name it - we've got it!

We are also your local turf experts!

We are an accredited supplier for Lawn Solutions Australia - stocking the absolute best performing turf varieties to perform in our harsh Australian environment, featuring the undisputed King of turf - Sir Walter Premium Buffalo! We also supply Kikuyu, Couch and Zoysia!

We can supply, deliver and even install your turf! In fact - we can supply, deliver and install ANY of our products with an extensive range of Landscape Contractors at our disposal.
