LeAnanda Yoga

Yoga Ease on Monday night is a combination of Therapeutic Yoga and traditional Hatha yoga. The class is gentle and focusses on improving movement and relaxation. Thursday night class also has a focus on movement with a vinyasa style sun salutation. Thursday morning is the Age of Wisdom Yoga Ease class and is a great way to improve and find ease in movement as you age. See you on the mat. Bookings essential.
