Leaguetek Academy

The Leaguetek Education Academy has been designed to give every player the opportunity to reach their potential in every aspect of their lives, through the greatest game of all, Rugby League.

The academy allows players the opportunity to develop their Rugby League skills in a supportive and professional environment while providing future pathways to furthering their education and developing strong work ethics and lifelong skills. This being in their footy, home, work and broader community.

Leaguetek aims to create a professional and inspiring environment for all of our participants. Leaguetek will be using the expertise of former and current professional players, Local, Regional, State and National. Careers Australia (RTO), Fitnance (led by Steve Nance and his elite team) and partnerships with professional team, assist to create pathways into Professional Rugby League, employment and further education. This will lead young men and women to be self-aware and self confident, enabling them to respect themselves and everyone else.

We intend to create an alternate pathway for passionate Rugby League players to play the game at all levels.

The Leaguetek coaches are at Level 2 and Level 3 qualification and have had extensive coaching and playing history. Our aim is to have all of our participants learn from our coaches personal experiences within the game and give them a distinct advantage from others who play in the same position.
