General yoga weekly yoga classes. Suitable for students of all levels of yoga experience. For anyone wanting to stretch, strengthen, explore and rebalance.
Focus is on disconnecting from your day. Move with awareness working with the breath to connect with and strengthen the mind and body, enhance understanding of your physical and mental abilities.
Sessions include centring, breath work (pranayama), yoga postures including some flow, static stretches, balance, back strengthening and guided relaxation. No flexibility required!

Monday - General Yoga - 9:30-10:30am (Allambie Scout Hall)
Wednesday - General Yoga - 7:00-8:15pm (Allambie Heights Public Hall)
Friday - General Yoga - 9:30-10:30am (Allambie Scout Hall)
First class is FREE. Please go to website www.lyndalellis.com to register for your FREE Class Pass. Refer a friend who returns for a second time and receive a FREE class per friend.
