We are an authentic French patisserie, bakery and café and are located within the Gooseberry Hill Shopping Centre where we have been since we began.
Ours is the oldest patisserie and bakery in Perth, established in September 1984 and still being run by the well-known French patissier and baker, Franck Maurice, who was trained in Paris.
We make all of our products from scratch using only the finest and freshest ingredients, with no preservatives in sight! We are artisans who proudly make everything by hand with creativity and passion.
We use many ingredients imported from France so as to ensure that our products have the flavours of an authentic French patisserie.
We provide a great range of cakes, pastries and savoury products that you can enjoy in our café while sitting on the terrace, or to take home with you.
