LB Business Solutions

LB Business Solutions was founded in South Africa in 2008; launched in London, UK in 2009 & in Melbourne, Australia in 2012!

We provide a variety of services in the following fields: Admin Support, Marketing & Events, Tutoring & Training, Writing & Editing, Language Services and Program/Project Quality Assurance. We have found that by specializing in a number of fields, we have become a 'one stop shop' for businesses requiring admin support (including website maintenance); marketing and/or hosting of corporate events; training; writing, proofreading or translation of company documents, articles and press releases; and quality assurance in project/program management.

We were originally launched with the name 'Le Bonheur' which means 'happiness' in French and this is our driving force - we love doing the work we do which means that from start to finish of every project, you are getting the best possible service from driven, passionate & hard-working professionals. To celebrate our launch on to the Australian market though, we have undergone a complete transformation and have chosen to change our name to LB Business Solutions (which stands for Le Bonheur Business Solutions) as we feel this is better suited to our new (non-French speaking) market. However, you can be rest assured that the same passion that drove the original name choice still exists today.

The unique concept of this business is that all of the projects - whether for big companies or small businesses - are personally worked on by the owner, and founder, Faye Bucknell (neé van Wyk), as she is experienced in all of these fields, and works alongside staff members. Work is never just passed down the ranks (which eliminates a lot of the problems that occur when subcontracting and delegating work) meaning that you, as the customer, get undivided attention and top quality service.
