This beautifully restored original c1900 colonial style farmhouse is the perfect escape for families and friends to enjoy the relaxing quiet country side.

Set high on the ridge this 160 acre property has spectacular views and is all yours to explore.

The home is situated in the hinterland of the Great Lakes region on the mid-north coast of New South Wales. 2 hours north of the Central Coast and 1 hour north of Newcastle. Nearby are coastal areas and beaches such as Forster Tuncurry, Seal Rocks. Myall lakes and surrounding National Parks.

The location is ideal for those that want to enjoy farm life, visiting Australia’s best beaches or for the more energetic bush walking and motorbike riding.

There is even a local winery close by for those that enjoy a nice drop! Please discuss with Owner transfers if interested.

The children will love hand feeding the cattle , exploring the open space or just playing on the open areas.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds ( Bunks)
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double Bed

In addition there is a double sofa bed in the lounge room that can be used subject to approval for additional guests by the Owner.

The home is fully equipped with all linen and kitchen appliances.
