Bikram Yoga 90min is a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Bikram Yoga 60min is the same 26 postures ands the 90 minute but we only do 1 set of some postures.
Hat Hatha 45 and 60 minute - done in a heated room at 38° This is a high cardio class focusing on upper body and core strength.
Yin Yoga - practiced in 28° warm room,
