Bikram Yoga 90min is a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Bikram Yoga 60min is the same 26 postures ands the 90 minute but we only do 1 set of some postures.
