Fitness classes run by a pre and post-natal specialist designed to get you feeling and looking your best after the birth of your child. I achieve this through a holistic approach to training covering all aspects of fitness and prioritising your recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. My aim is to have you leaving each class with a smile (even if your muscles ache!) Classes include yoga, mums and bub's (low impact) and bootcamp. Personal training also available including home visits. Bub's welcome at all classes.
