Lamartine Hotel encompasses a unique and rustic restaurant, bar, cafe and beer garden. It is a vibrant place to interact with art and dine on regional produce.

Lamartine is named after the French Poet and Writer Alfonse De Lamartine and the place of his namesake where Vincent Van Gogh started painting sunflowers and where he and Gauguin planned an artist colony.

In keeping with its namesake, Lamartine played host to an Artist-In-Residence program, an initiative by one of Australia's top art curators, Maudie Palmer AO, launched in December 2014, and continues to attract varying styles of artist events.
