We are a mixed farming business, overlooking Lake Nillahcootie nettled between the Strathbogie Ranges and Mt Samaria.
Our current range is Hot & Spicy dried herb range, Chilli contains up to seven times the vitamin C level of an orange and has a range of health benefits, including fighting sinus congestion, aiding digestion and helping to relieve migraines and muscle, joint and nerve pain. It's also a good source of vitamins A and E, beta-carotene, folic acid and potassium.
Our Roasted Hot Chili Sauce can be used as a dipping sauce or anything you like to spice up.
Our Sweet and Spicy Organic Coconut Sugar, a better option for Diabetes, contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients, though in small amounts. Iron and zinc, Good for the gut contains inulin. Our Wild Blackberry Leaf Tea, is growing in two acres through our seasonal creeks, disturbed only by deer, the best-known flavonoids are quercetin and kaempferol which blackberry leaves contain. Due to their anti-inflammatory and immune boosting benefits, blackberry leaves are used to aid in healing sore throats, mouth sores, anti-aging, diarrhea, wounds and hemorrhoids.
