We want to provide only the best shopping experience for you and are happy to announce that we are now have a shop front for anyone locally to come and view our range and try garments on.

HOW TO PURCHASE:
If you see something you like, simply comment on the item's photo which size you would like and your email for invoicing. Alternatively you can send us a personal message or email labelsandlove@outlook.com but just make sure you mention the name of the item or send a link so we put aside the correct piece straight away. We will hold the item/s for 48 hours from the time requested and if payment is not received in this time, the item will be made available to next in line.

POSTAGE (within Australia only):
You will receive your order within 2-5 business days from the day of order. All postage is registered via Australia Post for your protection. Normal postage is $7.00 via parcel post and express post can be requested for $10.00. Both rates are flat rates for as many garments as you like. Make sure you let us know when ordering if express postage is required otherwise normal parcel post will automatically apply.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Paypal, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards via Paypal. Just let us know how you will be paying and we will give you the appropriate details for checkout. Please note, parcels will not be posted until full payment is cleared in our account. This can take up to two business days for EFT so if you have the option of Paypal, we will receive clearance right away and can get your precious garments in the post to you ASAP.

RETURNS:
We do understand that sometimes garments do not fit as you expect. We cannot always guarantee that we will have a different size in stock for you to exchange, therefore, if the same item in a different size isn't available, once item is returned, a store credit will be issued for the full item price and valid for 6 months from date of issue. All postage costs are non-refundable and buyer pays return postage unless the item is deemed faulty, in which case we will provide you with a return satchel.

You can return a full priced garment for a full refund if the garment is faulty. All garments are checked for quality before they are sent and we do our best to ensure you are receiving the highest quality stock. Refunds will only be granted in the rare case where a fault may have been overlooked.

Garments can only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned to us and received within 14 days from your delivery date. We will not accept any items that are past the 14 days from the tracked delivery date or that are returned in worn, soiled or damaged condition and/or are missing attached tags. They should be returned in the brand new condition that you have received them in, with all tags attached. Any garments that are not returned in this condition will be returned back to the sender and no refund or store credit issued.

We do not offer store credit’s or refunds on sale items, so please choose carefully!

Please keep in mind that some colours may be displayed a little differently, depending on the monitor they are being viewed on.
