LA Desserts provides an extensive range of handmade desserts with our creative and unique presentation by our Director/Patissier Liran Adika. Liran has worked with a number of leading hotels and restaurants around the world. More recently he was the pastry chef for 3 hats restaurant Vue De Monde in Melbourne before LA Desserts is established. He has always been passionate about desserts and delivers an experience that will have customers coming back for more.

Our Patissier Liran is passionate about making and baking desserts. As a qualified and experienced chef who holds several certificates and a diploma in patisserie, he conducts weekly classes for busy professionals or mums who struggle to find time to learn how to bake special desserts for their family and friends. In the class, you will learn basic principles along with some advanced techniques. You will also learn about food handling and safety in the kitchen in a fun and interactive environment. You will gain so much knowledge and start baking your favourite desserts.
