La Bimba

Located on the Great Ocean Road in Apollo Bay, La Bimba Restaurant specialises in sourcing local produce: seafood, red meat, poultry, fruit and veg, and the majority of wines are from nearby vineyards. Chef and Owner, Steve Earl, grows Suffolk Lamb and Welsh Black Beef for the restaurant and supports local businesses by obtaining resources in the surrounding region.
Much of La Bimba's food is inspired by Moorish flavours, and is intended to be simple, rustic and shared by guests.
La Bimba Restaurant is Thursday to Sunday for Lunch & Dinner.
