Josh Gamble is the Lead Technician with a background in Emergency Communications and Information Systems within the Victorian Government. He is a registered cabler with many endorsements. During his 6 years service within this industry, he has looked after and installed many locations from scratch including the installation of internal wiring, local switching and routing configurations (Linksys, Netgear & Cisco), installation of VoIP (Cisco UCM8), installation of Wifi services in a mesh environment on a statewide level.

Software wise, Josh has a large indepth knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP through to Windows 7 for desktops and Windows Server 2003 / 2008 on enterprise grade environments managing the following services:

- SCCM
- Storage Management
