The vibrant, intensely colourful world of Indian food found an ever-increasing fan base in Australia after Australians began to travel through India during the 1960s and '70s.
Each region of India has its own style of cooking and distinct flavours. The North is known for its tandoori and korma dishes; the South is famous for hot and spicy foods; the East specialises in chilli curries; and the West uses coconut and seafood, whereas the Central part of India is a blend of all
A favourite dish of Delhi Capital city of India is BUTTER CHICKEN and it originated in Delhi with tandoori chicken etc. Our chef has completed his apprentice in the same restaurant where Sir Kundan Lal Invented Butter Chicken and Tandoori Dishes. Our Chef Sumit Had worked in various famous Restaurants in India and here in Australia and learned a lot from his seniors which he is trying to mix in his cooking style. He believed in fresh and authentic style of cooking.
Central Delhi is the place from where our chef started his journey of flavours and creation of food. We are here to serve authentic Indian food with a touch of mother and taste of family.
