My outdoor group fitness sessions are held at Syndal South Primary School. They are always different and I am constantly coming up with challenging sessions to keep you on the edge. Sessions include cardio, boxing, HITT, agility, bootcamp style training (without the yelling and screaming), circuit training, kettlebell training, core conditioning, stretching & flexibility. You will never know what to expect at your next session.
Whether you're a beginner or a long time fitness enthusiast, I cater for all ages and fitness levels and I am here to motivate and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
