I would like to present to you my seasonal collection of homemade preserves. They are all preservative, additive and gluten free. The pectin used in the jam as a setting agent is made from lemons grown on Koojedda Country. Most of the fruit and vegetables used in these products are grown on Koojedda Country at Bakers Hill as close to organic as possible.
The sugar content is far less than usual - just enough to preserve.
