My wish is to create workable uncluttered knives using the best steels, edges suitable for perceived use, to clients wishes, while keeping prices down. My knives are built on the KISS principle, and very sharp. Chef's knives have razor-blade edges and cut very smoothly and deeply, with virtually no resistance, camp and hunters have more robust edges. Steel is usually 154CM now, but may vary. Hardening is carried out by Hills Heat Treatment to suit perceived usage.
