Kistler Equestrian

My name is Tanisha Kistler and I'm 19 year old horse rider from Morwell in Victoria, competing in showjumping, dressage and pony club. I'm currently a member of PCAV and will be joining HRACV and EA in the coming year.

I have many horses which include my main competition mount. My main horse is Marzy, a 13 year old off the track thoroughbred whom I've trained myself. We are training 1* and 2* cross country and showjumping, as well as novice dressage. We both compete grade 1 eventing PCAV.

My most recent riding achievements include;

• 1st place, 1st place, Champion placing, 1st place, 5th place and Reserve Champion at Trafalgar Show Jumping
• 1st place and 1st place at Drouin Show Jumping
• 1st place at Warragul Show Jumping
• 1st place at Meeniyan Show Jumping
• 2nd place at Lilydale Supercross
• 2nd place at Buchan Horse Trials
• 5th place at Yarrambat Horse Trials
• 1st place Corner Inlet Horse Trials
• 1st place Pakenham Horse Trials

For 2017, I have a number of goals including competing a few of my horses in eventing and polox as well as winning a number of Grade 1 PVAC competitions. I aspire to compete in both disciplines successfully, placing or winning in each eventing level prior to moving up and winning with a team. I also would like more clients to be able to better myself and get regular lessons and clinics to better my horses and expanding my knowledge further and move up the levels smoothly!
