Kingfisher Happy Kids Childcare Centre is a family owned and operated child care facility located in Ballajura WA. As a dedicated team, we work in collaborative ways to share our knowledge and expertise. Positive encouragement and reinforcement are used as tools to guide children towards reaching positive behaviours. Our aim for the children is to build high self-esteem and self worth. We understand the importance of reflective practice to influence our decisions and lead to more detailed understandings of how to work with children. We play and work with children to discover ideas, provide opportunities for learning and engage in active research alongside them. We acknowledge that learning is life-long and Educators are committed to ongoing training and learning in the childcare field.
