Our professional chefs whom specialize in cooking live seafood seasonal local produce ingredients have inherited the traditional techniques from Southern China, intergrading with modern Australian cuisine to present more than 100 unique fusion Asian dishes on our A La Carte menu, and over 150 choices on our Yum Cha menu, to serve up to 15,000 dinners (in avg.) per week.
