Our Philosophy:
Our Kindergarten is a family-like kindy.
We aim to provide a safe and supportive ‘place’ where children can develop a sense of identity and well being.
A place where they can connect with and contribute to their world.
We aim to provide experiences within the play based context that encourage learning, experimenting, problem solving and communication.

We believe that young children learn best:
When they are allowed to develop at their own rate,
When we cater for all areas of development,
When parents are actively involved,
When they have choices in their learning,
When individual differences are appreciated.
Our interactions with the children and each other promote care, empathy and respect.

(Provided child is fully toilet trained)

ABOUT US
King Cole Kindergarten is a non-profit, community kindergarten affiliated with C&K. It is run by a volunteer management committee from the parent group. The King Cole Kindergarten Parent Group Incorporated are the Approved Providers of King Cole Kindergarten. We are regulated under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011. We employ qualified educators to deliver a play based program to our children. Our Director (nominated supervisor) in cooperation with fellow educators, is responsible for providing appropriate inclusive programs for each child designed to stimulate and develop their creative, emotional, intellectual, lingual, physical, recreational and social potential.
