A'Kae Body and Soul

My name is Kim, I am a stay at home mother to 3 very active and adorable boys, Mikkah, Jasper and Lucien.

The concept of Kimmy's Korner started many years ago when I started to up-cycle my favourite clothes that had been damaged, into unique handbags and became a reality almost in February 2012. Since then Kimmy's Korner has grown into everything unexpected (in my mind) and has taken on a whole new direction.

As I have my Certificate III in Visual Arts, many different photography certificates and my certificate III in Business Administration majoring in finance and being a stay at home mum, it seemed a natural progression to me to create my own business making items that I find fascinating and wondrous!
I love to create something unique and beautiful and have always found up-cycling fascinating! Alternative art, photography, painting, drawing and collage are but a few of my passions! Though I rarely practice them for the moment, I try to incorporate them into my creations for others to enjoy as much as I do!

As my business moves forward I have enjoyed the change of direction that has bought to the stage natural alternatives for lip balm, candles, moisturizer, soaps and other consumable products! I want to create natural products at affordable prices which not only helps you but also the environment and uses sustainable resources!

For me, I love doing what I'm doing and I hope you love what I make! And its all handmade with love and dedication!
