Being a mum to a very energetic 9 year old has helped me appreciate more the importance of living an active and healthy lifestyle. I have completed my Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and am now studying to become a personal trainer, by doing my Certificate 4 in Fitness through Fit College.

I have a passion to help others reach their fitness goals. I believe in living each day to the fullest, having quality in life and inspiring each and every person that I meet that they too can achieve their goals by acting on their positive thoughts. Being fit isn't just about looking your best, it's about feeling your best, both physically and mentally. As a personal trainer I want to share my enthusiasm, and help encourage a healthier and happier lifestyle to others.
