Then in 2004 he was asked to join a local real estate office “Both hospitality and real estate are service orientated industries and when I saw the opportunity to also use my knowledge of the area and promote the lifestyle it has to offer to help people in their real estate transactions I was only to keen.” “The flexible hours that are by necessity a part of a real estate career were also familiar to me but the added challenges of working in real estate brings was a change I relished.”

Kim sees his long term future to be definitely in Margaret River and although you are more likely to see him on the golf course than catching waves at Margaret River's main break he still believes it is the best place to be.
