Killarney Beach House

The Killarney Beach House, just ten minutes from Port Fairy and Warrnambool, is a modern family home set on four acres in front of the ocean. This luxurious oceanfront B&B features a limited number of rooms (two) for an exclusive stay, and your hosts will make your vacation memorable in every way, far away from noise and bustle, in a privileged and isolated location which lets you enjoy a splendid view. Each of our large and comfortable rooms has plenty of natural light, featuring a king size bed, sofa, 42" flat screen TV, fluffy bathrobes, hairdryer and toiletries. Beautiful ensuite bathrooms with large walk in shower complement the rooms. We are equipped with wireless internet connection free of charge.

A superb boutique accommodation that is warm and welcoming with tasteful surroundings. All rooms are non smoking with ensuite shower facilities and king beds. Thanks to its location, the Killarney Beach House is the ideal starting point for local excursions to Tower Hill State Reserve, Logan's Beach and Warrnambool, Port Fairy, The Crags etc.

A selection of books will help you to relax while you enjoy your complimentary Slitti's artisan chocolate and glass of dessert wine (only with some tarifs), or you can just have a walk on the beach (direct access from the property).

The rooms can accommodate up to two adult guests: we are a specialty couples only property and we do not accommodate children/infants. Free mini bar that can include beer, sodas, juice, candy, nuts, chips and bottled water (only with some tarifs). Free espresso pod coffee machine with Slitti coffee.

We are more than happy to arrange fresh flowers and champagne or a chocolates tasting plate for a special occasion.

We are not manned 24 hours therefore would appreciate if you could advise us of an arrival time and provide a mobile number where possible in case we have to contact you to give you an access code to the property.
