Hi, my name is Katie Wolff, and I am the founder of Kick Your Curves. I have always loved health and fitness and it has always really interested me. About 1 and a half years ago, my boyfriend said to me ‘I love you just how you are, but are you happy with how you look?’ Most people would probably take offence to the second half of this question, but he knew I wasn’t happy with myself as a whole. I was at my heaviest weight, had close to no energy throughout the day, and had terrible eating habits, which only made me feel worse about myself.

About 1 year later, I had lost 17 kilos, and signed up for the Australian Institute of Fitness to become a personal trainer, to change people’s lives for the better. I am so happy to have the privilege to help people and transform them the way I transformed myself, because I am a different person now! I have copious amounts of energy, I am happy, and even though I am not quite at my own personal goal yet, I love who I have become. My outlook on life is so much more positive, and it all comes down to the way you feel about yourself. Once you accept yourself for who you are, everything else will fall into place. I hope I can have this effect on your outlook on life and help to make you feel confident in your own body and get you closer to your dreams with a holistic approach.


I believe that it's not all about how you look. Of course, that is a factor, but by looking at me you wouldn't think I would be fit and healthy, even though on the inside I am. It's about changing your entire self (holistic) particularly the mental side of things, the hardest part is telling yourself to get out there and do it!


I think I will be a great trainer for you, because I know what its like to lose weight, and I know that it isn't easy, and that it doesn't happen overnight, so I have a great understanding of the feelings you will be having and will be able to help you at a more personal level. I hope that by sharing my story, I have given you a brief outlook on why I became a personal trainer. I've been in your position before, and to be honest, I still am! But I like to think of it all as a learning curve and I hope you let me be apart of your journey. Lets get started on your holistic transformation!
