We are all here to learn and help each other progress through the martial arts. It is an expectation that all students help each other. An important thing for senior students to remember is that they were once white belts.

Not everyone is super fit and ready to run a marathon. Work to your limits and progressively increase your stamina and endurance. Before you know it you will feel better, sleep better, think better and be healthier.

I have a few sayings that get repeated quite often:
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”
“The only stupid question is the one not asked”

Enjoy your training and enjoy your life. I now know that what we learn in the Dojo can be translated into your every day life. I look forward to helping you along your martial arts journey.
