KD Support Aged Care & Disability provides clients with the abilitiy to be independent in their home and community for as long as possible. We promote their well being and support their families in achieving their loved ones health and wellness goals. KDS is owned and operated by Kay Druery a health professional with more than two decades of experiences supporting and caring for people through case management , assisting with nursing home and retirement Village transitioning .

In her career she has set up Package care, trained staff for Community Care and Nursing homes. Kay has worked and supported people with a mental illness, Co-ordinated Dementia service, and a Disability service
