Katie Frederickson

I joined the Ray White group in 2012 in Toowoomba and have since moved to Mackay, bringing my experience in business development and knowledge in the rental market.

I purchased my first investment property at the age of 24 and then renovated a Queenslander at age 26 for a profit, and currently renovating another house in Mackay. Through these experiences, I bring knowledge and dedication to my role as a Business Development Officer.

I am very passionate with it comes to property and believe in the service our Property Management Team provides, Total Property Care. I am always keen to assist owners with investment advice and building upon their portfolios.

I started in Mackay in January 2014 and have taken on the tough role in Mackay, Moranbah, Middlemount & Dysart with the mining collapse and have been exceeding in helping investors rent their properties in a market with over 1500 vacant homes for rent.

Our Ray White property management department recently underwent a company change and are now known at Living Here Mackay, same team but with a new name!
