Kate’s down to earth approach living authentically includes an irreverent acknowledgement of living mindfully when we can’t be bothered, being compassionate when we feel righteous and choosing healthy food when you would like nothing better than to binge on peanut butter for a month! If you have ever heard yourself say “I’m not a very flexible person”, “ I’m not very good at yoga” or “ I’m hopeless at meditating” then her approach is perfect for you.

Kate has been devoted to yoga for 16 years, holds a Diploma's in Ki Yoga, Pre and post-natal Hatha yoga and Level 1 Restorative yoga. Her continued love of yoga has led her to develop her own style blending influences to sequence classes that are inspiring, nourishing and strengthening.
