What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a science based on the principle that there are reflex points on our feet and hands that correspond to our body parts and organs, that when stimulated by massage techniques help the body create homeostasis (balance) bringing about a sense of health and well-being. It is essentially non-invasive, relaxing Complementary Therapy and as such works well with orthodox and other Therapies. Reflexology has been around as long as there have been hands & feet. The first records of reflexology being practiced date back to 5000 years ago in Egypt, China & India. It’s a whole body treatment, not just a foot massage!

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a nondenominational energy healing method that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions on or slightly above the body. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level. Reiki allows positive energy to flow into the body through the hands of the practitioner and that this balances and heals the energy in the body. Reiki has been scientifically shown to decrease pain levels, speed healing and relax the mind and body. Reiki is very gentle and can never cause harm.

What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the practice of using Essential Oils for their therapeutic properties through inhalation, application and occasionally ingestion for psychological and physical well-being. A full consultation will ensure all your requirements will be met safely.
An essential oil is a highly concentrated liquid that is generally distilled from various parts of plants (leaves, stems, flowers, bark, roots).
