KaRa Institute of Neurological Diseases

The KaRa Institute of Neurological Diseases (trading as KaRa Minds) is an independent research institute based in Sydney, focused on the prevention, detection and cure of neurological diseases.

The initial establishment of KaRa Minds has come about through the vision, commitment and compassion of two like-minded people. Professor Ralph Martins and A/Prof Kathryn Goozee bring together two unique perspectives, encompassing pure and applied clinical research as well as care.

We employ a range of health professionals who deliver an array of comprehensive professional services to meet the needs of our community clientele and research participants.

We offer a variety of consultations, memory training and carer advice services to help you and your loved ones manage your body and mind health as you get older.
