WHAT IS KANGATRAINING?
Kangatraining a danced based choreographed workout that is perfect for mums to socialise with other mums, exercise without the need to find a babysitter and enjoy all of the health benefits without going to the gym.
Kangatraining is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular and muscular systems are enhanced. Endurance, strength and flexibility are all focused on. Naturally, the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention.
Our program is specifically designed to focus on re-strengthening your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout.
