Kangatraining is a post natal workout for mums and babies. You wear your baby as you work out which has so many benefits (bonding with your baby, no need for child care, a little extra resistance!) The class is rapidly taking off in Australia and is well established in Europe. I have completed the training course but will not start classes until late 2015 or early 2016 as I am having my second baby in September.
