JUST FDI is a local business that provides personal training and specialized bootcamps that caters for different age groups, genders and fitness levels.
Maintaining a good health balance in life is difficult with today's pressures and with a forever changing society and their views. Being a mother of three children I understand the challenges that life can present and the difficulties in finding the balance within our own personal life. My philosophy on fitness that I incorporate within all sessions focuses on the mental, emotional and physical health of my clients.
