Where it all began..

I have participated in triathlons on and off through out my teenage years/20's. In 2013 my dad and I entered a half ironman together

Swimmer1.9km Bicycle90km Runner21.1km

Training for this and competing was one of the hardest things I have ever done, not only physically but mentally and emotionally.

It was finishing this gruelling 6 hour triathlon that made me realise I want to share my passion for health and fitness with others.

I want others to reach their individual goals as I know how hard it can be but so rewarding at the end of the journey.
