My name is Jenna Purcell and i am now providing Personal training and group fitness in the Clare Valley. The first session is free and i come to you so you have nothing to lose! The local park or your backyard wherever you want to train it's up to you. I am a qualified cardio boxing instructor so if you want to lose weight, tone up or just get fit, give me a call.

Weekly group sessions:

Monday
-6pm Clare high gym, circuit

Tuesday
- 6am Clare high gym, Toning

Wednesday
- 6pm Clare high gym, Boxing

Thursday
- 6am Clare high gym, Upper body and core work out



if you would like to train one on one or in a small group with your friends (to make sure you turn up) its up to you.

group sessions are depending on numbers
