JOY Yoga

Hi there, I’m Sofia and please let me introduce you to my Joy of Yoga!

JOY Yoga is all about the journey to learn, create and share a joyful yoga practice. In JOY Yoga classes I like to create a balance – both vibrant and peaceful, kind whilst challenging… and ALWAYS a welcoming and safe space where we can share in the beautiful practice of yoga.

I have recently closed the JOY Yoga Studio on Clements Street. I will teach on a POP Up Basis and by appointment. This page will continue to serve as a place to share information on Yoga :)

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) an internationally recognized qualification with a focus on Mindfulness Based Philosophy, Breathing/Pranayama and Meditation techniques. I am also trained to teach Family and Children's Yoga.
