Belle Salu Natural Medicine - Josie Haynes

I'm a passionate naturopath who has an interest in assisting people to overcome health challenges in their lives. This may include introducing healthy eating habits, reducing chronic pain, increasing quality and length of sleep, and balancing hormones. I am an advocate of HAES (health at every size)
During a consultation I work together with my client to develop a detailed healthcare plan that may include diet and lifestyle changes; herbal medicine; herbal or nutritional supplements; and flower essences.
I was awarded a Bachelor in Health Science (Naturopathy) and I am a member of the National Herbalist Association of Australia (NHAA). I keep abreast of new and updated research and clinical protocols.
I am currently residing in France where I am available for Skype consults and I am looking forward to seeing new and old clients again on my return to Australia.
