Hi, My name is Joshua King. I am 23 years old and Health and Fitness is my passion. From the age of 11 I trained in martial arts where I progressed and achieved 2nd degree black belt.

I then trained in athletics for four years. However despite my best efforts I sustained injuries which prevented me from progressing in my sport.

I then turned to the gym for my outlet of exercise and I saw results. Slowly I became to learn more about proper diet and nutrition which led me to making some decent gainz and progressing my physique.

Working in a job I wasn't passionate about, I quit and moved to Sydney Australia. It was here where I really took my physique forward and entered my first Men's Physique Competition. After medaling in 3 categories I decided to create this page to share my journey with all of you.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and create vlogs on youtube to document my journey and help others. I believe in transparency and am open about my life.

I am also an aspiring fitness model, and am always seeking new opportunities.
