It is in a relaxed setting with spectacular views of Mount Wellington from the rear and the Derwent River at the front. The front verandah is just the place to sit and enjoy a pre dinner drink - watch the sun go down and the city light up. All this and you are only a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Hobart or a two minute drive. The bus stops across the road as well.
